This unit includes DR-E12 DC Coupler (Battery coupler) for LP-E12 Battery type, this allows your Canon Camera to operation from Mains (where no DC input exists). The Ex-Pro Kit is a complete kit equivalent to ACK-E12 Canon KIT.
DC Mains connection to coupler. As this unit uses the battery socket to provide DC constant power via the coupler the AC adapter is unable to charge your battery.
