Ex-Pro design includes clamp collar, thread attaches to the camera compatible “mm” size (as stated) the clamp collar then tights up to prevent the hood twisting back loose.

Hoods prevent light from coming into the actual lens at extreme angles causing reflections inside and picture distortion. Some compacts include some degree of protection however adding a lens hood often increase the shade possible and removes problems such as sunspots and reflections etc…

Pack contacts include 1 lens hood with an integral clamp collar front thread lens hood (Crown Shaped). The unit will attach to a compatible thread type size denoted in the front thread of the product title.
