How long does ThermaCare product provide heat?. After approx. 30 minutes of heating, ThermaCare® maintains a therapeutic temperature of approx. 40°C for eight hours once removed from the inner pouch. This is not neccessary because the product has stopped working. Use ThermaCare® for eight hours only for best results.. How long can I use ThermaCare?.
