Infantile vomiting and posseting when no organic cause is known. Habitual and recurrent vomiting, e.g. gastro-oesophageal reflux. Rumination. Cow & Gate instant carobel can be used to thicken cold or handwarm liquids. It can be used for both breastfed and bottlefed babies.  Cow & Gate instant carobel is suitable for full term babies, children and adults.
